Hey all,
I am looking for some help about portable/handheld anemometers. I am also big fan of extreme winds and usually the only chance to make measurements is portable anemometer, as I am not able to do measurements with anemometers on my car for example.
Today, when I was out chasing some extreme winds, wind unfortunatelly destroyed two portable anemometers I had. It was just too much for them I guess. The last measured gust was 108mph. And I was not even on the most extreme spot, I was lying down on the ground and put my hand up to measure, it was just too crazy if I tried to stand up. I tried few times, but was almost blown off in a second. I can confidentally say that max gusts were probably close to 130-140mph this time! (I will see if I can get video of today's winds online later).
So my question is if you all could help me to find out the best handheld anemometer that can be found on the internet, I got some links, but would be nice to hear some of your opinions. I am looking for most robust portable anemometers that exists, no matter its price or if its made with cups, ultrasonic or whatever. And of course it must survive winds well above 100mph, at least 130-150mph. Here are some links I got, but I am not sure how good they are.

Or maybe if there are such semi-portable anemometers that could be useful, I just need a really good one.
Thank you very much for opinions and help!
