This thread might be better suited for the Introductory weather & chasing forum…

There’s a multitude of free sites for weather data, ones that carry multiple numerical models like those that you referenced are something I always use as part of my forecasting routine. COD is my personal favorite and usually my first stop but its only one of many sites I utilize. Here are a few I’d recommend that you may find useful:

http://weather.rap.ucar.edu/model/

http://www.spc.noaa.gov/exper/sref/index.php

http://www.spc.noaa.gov/exper/mesoanalysis/

http://mag.ncep.noaa.gov/

http://rapidrefresh.noaa.gov/HRRR/Welcome.cgi

http://www.ensemble.ucar.edu/

http://wxcaster.com/overview1.htm

http://www.wxcaster.com/smallfiles_central_svr.htm

http://www.emc.ncep.noaa.gov/mmb/mpyle/spcprod/12/ (change the 12 to 00 for an additional run)

These just scratch the surface but should get you off to a good start. ;)

You’re welcome! I’d also recommend reading through the forecasts in the Target Area, that’s probably been the single most beneficial resource for me in learning to forecast and finding resources like those I referenced above. The Introductory weather & chasing forum is an excellent resource as well.
