Got off from work today at 5PM and turned south from the parking lot, when it appeared before my eyes...

Yes! Despite very limited moisture, thunderstorms have returned to Nebraska! I was so excited, I think I about drove my wife nuts on the way home.

yeah, I saw those clouds south of where I was while heading to dinner and got very jealous, I wish they were here!

Spring is getting much closer, oh for one lightning bolt :lol: !!

Unfortunately they have weakened quite a bit, and what's moving through my area right now are just some gusty heavy showers. It's possible a flash of lightning will occur, but so far it's not looking good.


It's interesting how the tower in that pic has no other cloudiness around it. That's pretty unusual for this early in the year.
