Still using Autonet (since 2007). We beta-tested the routers for them back then(and got to keep 'em) and had the option of being grandfathered in for unlimited data at $29.00/mo. We use them year-round for various things (even at home). Customer service has been exemplary in the past couple of years...prompt phone answering with an actual rep on the phone, etc. (getting updates on the routers, etc.). The units typically outperform our Verizon aircard which we use as a back-up, and we are typically able to connect in places that we can't with the Verizon card. We do couple them with the Max Signal direct-connect Rockies amps and an external antenna (same with our Verizon card), which are also still chugging along after 5 years. They have been solid. -Dave
