It reminds me of April 11, 2008 when a single supercell dropped tornadoes from Lawrence County through Warren County, TN.

My guess is May 18, 1995.

Yep, that is correct. At the time of the radar image, an F4 that killed three people was on the ground with the southern TN supercell. About 25 minutes later, the supercell in AL would spawn another killer F4 tornado (the Anderson Hills tornado). The eastern supercell in TN would later spawn an F3 near Crossville, and the supercell due north of Nashville would later spawn an F2 that would strike Bowling Green, KY.
