Sine the last bastion of chronological social media timelines is gone, are any NWSFOs are monitoring storm reports that come in via Mping?

We'll monitor mPING reports, particularly hail. Wind mPING reports in the past have been less helpful, since they would lump "1-inch tree limbs broken" with "shingles blown off". But I just checked and this no longer appears to be the case, they appear as separate options now. So that seems like good news going forward. For what it's worth, I'll still make mPING reports myself, mainly for hail and winter precip types.

In my personal opinion though, Twitter/X is still most helpful to us for public reports, since we can actually see a picture/video with it. Monitoring our mentions (or for us at TOP, the #kswx hashtag) does give us a relatively easy chronological view, even if some of the features aren't quite as useful as they were a few years ago. Especially with fewer people on the platform these days, we do really value those visual reports when we can get them.
