I stumbled on this model display app for iOS (and Mac too I think) and I bought it! $24.99 one time registration.
It has all the standard models but in raw format, so you can pan and zoom on the fly. Most main parameters are pre-staged on their server, but if you want Tropopause Height you can grab the full model output from NCEP's server.
