Local Forecasting Programs based on Weather Station Data

Hi everyone,

I am currently looking for applications that will allow me to create local forecasts based on data from a Weather Station. I use Virtual Weather Station (VWS) to currently download my Weather Station's data (Davis Vantage Pro 2).

I have found the wxSIM program on the Internet that offers this ability but I was wondering if it allows for easy importing from VWS data and what other users thought of wxSIM?

Is there another program that offers the ability to create local forecasts? Or is there formulas I can use to create my own program to create these forecasts?
