lined up precip

I am curious about why the leading edge of this advancing precip is so straight.

I am unable to see the animation version of this radar, But my guess is that its like a weak squall line and it looks to exhibit outflow with what looks to be a gust front pushing out ahead of the main Precip especially on the southern edge.
 
My guess is some sort of boundary, not actual precip. Not sure what kind of boundary it would be if that's what it actually is.
