Levee failure

NWS Slidell is reporting in a flash flood warning that a levee has broken along the industrial canal at Tennessee Street, threatening 3-8 feet of water in Arabi and the 9th ward of New Orleans. Anyone familiar with the area that can comment?

That levee break is in the Missisippi river levee (I think)!

If I'm not mistaken, the levees on that side of N.O. are about 13'...

Foxnews is reporting a levee break in Frech Quarter. Is that the same one or a different break?

I believe the breech is in an industial canal that connects Lake P to the river. I think it is located on the east end of the downtown area
