Is HRRR data available?

I was wondering if anyone knew if the HRRR output is available anywhere in GRIB or NetCDF formats? I would really love to be able to import it into ArcMAP.

Negative. NWS doesn't have the infrastructure to support that for experimental models. Last time I asked it was a long-term (i.e. 2014) plan. Until then we have to wait until they become operational.
