Is 3G being dumbed down

You can have 300 mb 3G roaming per month with Sprint but it is has nothing t do with agreements with Verizon . There is only a 1xrtt agreement between Sprint and Verizon . This may change as The FCC just announced an initiative to make the larger carriers allow 3G roaming on their networks for smaller carriers but nothing is solved yet
