In generic terms I don't think I can prevent it (as I'm not a lawyer). But if they are using for anything beyond that I would like to know, but that would likely have to go in the copyright thread. When the time comes, I will look into it deeper. Bottomline for me, I just wanted to make sure Verne and others don't associate that aspect of photo misuse with my company.

I'm pretty sure you were the only one who thought Verne was referring to you..
In "generic terms", if you don't have it trademarked, there is nothing you can do.
