I am in the market for a HD camcorder. I owned a Sony HC1 last year but sold it in june after the slow chase season. The HC1 is no longer made, I noticed that all the new ones out now are automatic, with no controls.
Has anyone out there been staying on top of this. Any suggestions, and what you like or don't like about your HD camcorder.
I am considering jumping up to the new sony FX-7, but really dont know if getting the Sony FX-1 would be better, they are both around the same price. Does anyone know what the best value out there is right now? I have been considering just buying a used HC1 on ebay for around 1000.00?
