Not entirely sure what section to post this in - not quite enough severe for TA, but only partially winter-weather related. So posting it here. Mods, feel free to move if you think it fits better somewhere else. On Saturday, May 11, I experienced both a hailstorm at home and then a successful thundersnow chase in the Wolf Creek Pass area in Colorado. Although it was less at my house, hail accumulated up to 3 inches deep in parts of Pagosa Springs, pea to dime size. Here is a short version of my thundersnow video, taken at the Wolf Creek Ski Area:
