GRlvl3 - Streets / Altering Style File

I have loaded the detailed street level files in GRlvl3, and want to get them to show up on a wider zoom. I read a few things about the style file and altering it so it shows up at a higher zoom, but cannot seem to save it back to a format that has the .sty extension. I open the tigerroads.sty doc in word, but cannot save back to a .sty format.

Anyon know how to get the detailed street maps to display when you are zoomed out?
