Thanks Jason, it's working now. It must not have downloaded correctly the first time. Maybe there was something that was still running that conflicted with it. I just deleted everything, restarted my computer, and reinstalled and it worked lol.

GRWLevel3 is wonderful in the year and a half ive had it. It displays good resolution and updates every few minutes. All the products GRW offers is wonderful. GRWLevel2 is also great if you want to pul Radar logs from previous days. You can order the data from http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/nexradinv/

Back in the day I was a staunch fan of swift and loved it to death as a good solution to baron and its composite reflectivity but then when grlvl3 and grlvl2ae hit the deck I must say I was taken instantly and really in my mind there is no way I would switch back to swift unless it was free. It is a great program and had some outstanding features but side by side I still think you get more bang for your buck out of grlvl3 and I would also say the performance is better as well.

Digital Atmosphere can be used in Europe. The one comment I have seen from the European folks is that several of the European data sources have disappeared. You can check the Weather Graphics forum for folks using DA in Europe and their first hand knowledge.
