GRL3 placefiles not showing up

I have GRlevel3 on my laptop and desk top. Both are new computers. Place files work fine on my lap top. They were working on my desk top but now they are not. Any clue what I can troubleshoot? I deleted them and re added. Not sure what else to do.

What placefiles are they? Dynamic or static? AV software? UAC disabled?

Who are they from? Besides SN? If they are through Michigan WX, Jeff is now merged with AllisonHouse. You'll have to touch base with Jeff or Tyler.

Also, in the placefile manager, are they "red out"? If so. right click and what does the error message say. Sorry. not much to work with.

They are not red. I have them from here.

On GRLevel3, under GIS on top, have checked "show places"?
