I have tried Grlevelx forums and no luck .. I recently downloaded and it never loads just goes to this instantly.
I am running Vista crapola 64bit
GR2 analyst Problem ..Need help !!

Maybe it's my browser, but I can't see the problem details in your picture.

Looks like a compatibility issue with the way you have the application properties set in Windows 7. I am at work, when I get home I will post my properties (which you can view by right clicking the shortcut on your desktop, and clicking priorities). It has to be that you're running it in compatibility mode that isn't working or something along those lines. I will chime back in a few hours time with my settings.

I run GR2AE on Windows 7 and have had no problems....Maybe try to remove it and do a fresh reinstall?? You can also right click on the icon and "run as administrator" and see if that makes a difference.

Indeed, I have checked my properties of GRLevel2 AE and I'm not running in any compatibility mode and not as an administrator. I would agree with Jim and say uninstall and reinstall.

After running the install program did you also update to the latest version? It's a two step process when you first install GRAE (just making sure). Also, RDale indicated that we need to have you repost the screen shot with the "Problems Details" expanded, so we can see more information about why the program is not responding. I tried looking for a post in the owner's forum from you and didn't see anything - perhaps I missed it.

Mark, I didnt see an update on GR download site .. There is an update for GR3 but I did not See one for GR2A ..
I am running vista 64 bit ..I have deleted and reinstalled ...also ran as administrator.... I also signed up on the forum but when I log in it acts like I didnt ..... Very frustrating though.

You dont have any special DEP settings checked or anti-virus software running?

Not that I know of ... I can run 2 and 3 just fine .....
I think Rob is on to something (he's a sharp guy). If you go to the trial forum here: DEP there are instructions to go to the search box in Vista and type DEP in there and hit enter. This will take you to where you need to go to exclude GRAE from DEP and the crash should go away.
I could be mistaken about needing to update as I think that only pertains to GRL3 now that I revisit the main page. Perhaps Mike has the latest version of GRAE available when you first download it. If you are on a trial I think you have to sign up for the trial forums until you purchase, but it's been so long I cannot remember for certain.
