Good Mount for Webcam?

Hey friends...

I have a really good filmtools gripper for my camcorder but struggle with my webcam. I use a suction mount on the dash but I feel like bumps always cause it to mis-align or look really terrible.

Anyone have a good solution?

I've been using this for quite some time and it works well.
I bought a 1/4 bolt and hot glued it to my Logitech Webcam and then just screwed it on. Works great, stays very still and has never fallen off once.

(note: I use just the mount, not the mount rest that came with it)
It's nice as I can aim the webcam whatever direction I want with that swivel head.
