• After witnessing the continued decrease of involvement in the SpotterNetwork staff in serving SN members with troubleshooting issues recently, I have unilaterally decided to terminate the relationship between SpotterNetwork's support and Stormtrack. I have witnessed multiple users unable to receive support weeks after initiating help threads on the forum. I find this lack of response from SpotterNetwork officials disappointing and a failure to hold up their end of the agreement that was made years ago, before I took over management of this site. In my opinion, having Stormtrack users sit and wait for so long to receive help on SpotterNetwork issues on the Stormtrack forums reflects poorly not only on SpotterNetwork, but on Stormtrack and (by association) me as well. Since the issue has not been satisfactorily addressed, I no longer wish for the Stormtrack forum to be associated with SpotterNetwork.

I apologize to those who continue to have issues with the service and continue to see their issues left unaddressed. Please understand that the connection between ST and SN was put in place long before I had any say over it. But now that I am the "captain of this ship," it is within my right (nay, duty) to make adjustments as I see necessary. Ending this relationship is such an adjustment.

For those who continue to need help, I recommend navigating a web browswer to SpotterNetwork's About page, and seeking the individuals listed on that page for all further inquiries about SpotterNetwork.

From this moment forward, the SpotterNetwork sub-forum has been hidden/deleted and there will be no assurance that any SpotterNetwork issues brought up in any of Stormtrack's other sub-forums will be addressed. Do not rely on Stormtrack for help with SpotterNetwork issues.

    Sincerely, Jeff D.

well, I finally received my memory cards today, almost a month after I paid for them.

These were sent out to me the 17th or 18th of Dec. Brian didn't get my apt # on the envelope. They showed delivered on USPS's website, but I didn't get anything. I pm'd him to verify the address, he said he was sure it was right. A few days went by and nothing. I wrote it off as they were lost in the mail. Then on Jan 4th, he pm's me and says they came back to him, and that he was putting the correct address on and sending them back out. Apparently, he got busy, so when they didn't show within a few days, I pm'd again, and he said he got busy, and was putting them in the mail. They did in fact show up today, however, I'm not at all pleased with this transaction.

The seller didn't pay very good attention to detail, and didn't do what he said he was going to do as far as when he said he was going to put them back in the mail when they were returned. Can't say I'd do business again with you Bryan, it shouldn't take a month for something to get here, but I am thankful they did get here.

Often times it's just a crap shoot when you buy items from someone that you have never dealt with in the past. At least Bryan was legit and honest about it. Sometimes you can get people that are just going to screw you over every chance they get.

I agree, and im not saying that he did try to screw me over, but I am of the opinion when someone pays you money for goods or services, you take the time to ensure accuracy, and promptness/timeliness, and neither was the case here, BUT, alls well that ends well right?

Bryan was legit and he was honest, and I am glad the cards did show up.
