Hello there.
I apologize if post was inappropriate. Well, I would like to share you one link what I have found from Internet. It has surface pressure maps from 1880 to 1950 about Europe. It is visible at http://www.wetterzentrale.de/topkarten/fsslpeur.html
More detailed maps from 1948 to nowadays(1-2 weeks ago), is visible at http://www.wetterzentrale.de/topkarten/fsreaeur.html . I don't know how useful the maps given there are, but at least I can say for example, that on the day Estonia redeclared their independence, a low pressure area was located in Southern Finland.
