The damage that has been reported by Dave Carlsen of the Elie tornado, does not suprise me in the slightest, since watching the video clip of the tornado.
It can be easy to say that the tornado may or may not have been an EF5/F5, but I don't think that the Canadians would classify a tornado with that rating unless they are sure that it was F/EF5 damage that was caused.
