Actually, it was a little under 3.5 years. The date at the top of that transcript page is incorrect; it was February 16, 2001....not 2000.

And Jeff, you aren't wrong. There was another guest chat last year, I believe April 21 was the date.

For MIRC

In theMIRC options,
IRC Network should say ALL

Type in the following where its says IRC Server
irc.stormchasers.org
irc2.stormchasers.org

Then hit add button, , and
Then hit connect to server button.

Alternative to MIRC is the java version:
http://www.stormchasers.org/ is the java version

I hope this helps, I am not good in explaining things with MIRC.
If anyone can explain it better, jump in.
