Can't log in

I've been in contact with Radarscope about the problem. They said to contact you about resetting my account. Login doesn't recognize any of my login info

I figured it out. In some of the other questions to support it was stressed to enter my name. I did this and it didn't recognize it. The user name that I used when I set up the account was actually a nickname. Sorry for the confusion, it's all on me.
