I need a little help for some computer guys and gals. I am getting a runtime error '9': subscript out of range when i load BUFKIT. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks

That would be a sign of a corrupt .buf file that you've downloaded. Delete all the data files from your directory and download from another source.
