Monopod for vehicles

Dear Storm Chaser community

I am trying to mount my new streaming video camcorder in my vehicle ??? I am wondering what is a good way to mount it with a Monopod ???? I see how Val Castor has his I guess bolted to the floor ??? wanted some more ideas from you guys ????
