Bill Read Retiring

I was surprised to learn this morning that Bill Read is retiring as director of NHC. I thought he did a very good job.

Yes, I agree that Bill Read did a good job. I did wonder, when Lyons left TWC to take a job out of position with NWS, if he was just getting back on the payroll waiting for Read to retire. We shall see.
