Biggest storm dissapointment

This may be a topic that's difficult to post about but I think it's an important one. For example , my biggest dissapointment was in 2008 when a major blizzard was going to strike my hometown with -10F temps and 60mph winds. I had to travel NORTH with my family away from the storm.
