Glad you are finding it useful. Technically the android "wX" uses a background mechanism and not not "push notifications" to get the job done. Unfortunately iOS as a platform is more restrictive and the only good option is to use push notifications with some sort of server infrastructure on the back end. With no revenue from any of this ("wX" Android and "wXL23" iOS) I didn't pursue it.
