Just noticed a non-java option for displaying the new radar imagery from the NWS. It's aimed at those of us still using dial-up. A cool side effect however is the fact these are gif images so when you loop it, you can right click and save the loop. Obviously it's limited to the last 10 frames but it's better than what was previously offered, especially given the fact that storm relative velocity is an option. Pretty cool for those without GRLevelX, weathertap, etc...
