Quite the detective work there. I'm gonna go with the default explanation and go with the "Might be a government conspiracy!" theory

The May 29 still is from my video.. I was actually on a dirt road about 1/4 mile north of Hwy 160 when the ground circulation of what was the Argonia Wedge was passing in front of me. These guys pass me as seen then disappear into the dust. Not sure what became of them!
