96L: Bay of Campeche Tropical Cyclone Formation Alert

Oddly enough, out of nowhere another tropical system seems may be forming in the Bay of Campeche. The NHC development discussion today seemed to downplay the possibility, but the wave seems to be having one hell of a pulse:
