A tornado watch has been issued for Florida.

It looks to me after looking at the radar loop that part of bonnie's deteriorating eyewall got walloped by another cell and this has now spun off what looks to be a possible embedded supercell with a pretty clearly discernable meso on the base/storm relative velocity images (as seen from talahasee radar imagery). This cell is still offshore but I wouldn't be surprised if it gets tornado warned as it comes ashore.

Jacksonville Tornado Video

They just showed a few seconds of cool tornado video from Thursday afternoon in Jacksonville, Florida (Duval County) on TWC. Amazing stuff. I found the following link from a local TV station with pictures and downloadable video.

I guess this can be considered a rare hurricane (or tropical storm) induced tornado that was caught on video. I wish a chaser had caught it.
