TARGET: MIDLAND, TX Heading south on I-27 right now. Can see cu field on satellite in SW TX that delineates an outflow boundary. Also, can see a fine line on Midland radar that extends through Martin and Andrews Counties. This boundary is moving slowly south and should stall providing a focus for storm activity later today. Surface and upper wind fields are weak, like yesterday, however RUC hints at a short wave approaching the area later today. Expect other storms to develop in the higher terrain of NM and CO and move south-southeastward. TM
