Here on the way home east of Lake Thunderbird we've seen tons of damage near 192nd AVE and HWY 9. Even saw one of the high voltage highline towers snapped!

The I-40 supercell finally lost its velocity couplet.

EDIT: At least on the simple radar weather.gov has to offer. Seems to be maintaining its hook just fine though. Wonder how long it will be able maintain itself once it moves into negligible SBCAPE and MLCAPE.

The I-40 supercell finally lost its velocity couplet.

I wouldn't write it off just yet. Still had a TVS at 8:35, and on the latest scan still has an excellent hook and a 2.75 hail marker. In fact, I'd be concerned if I lived in the northern part of the Ft. Smith area.
