I'm taking a look to the Harper County storm and it's very promising; it has a very nice hook with improving velocity. Spotter Network has just reported a tornado near Attica,Ks.

Interesting to take note of the Special Weather Statement issued by the ICT office at 7:26 p.m. "Chasers report that the tornado has lifted...however it may touch down again at any time." Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is the first time in a long while I've seen the term "chasers" used instead of "spotters". Nice supercell that's intensified rapidly.

No surprise...ICT just issued a tornado warning on this storm...looks to be headed towards the Wichita metro very soon. For those spotting or chasing, be safe out there.
