Tornado warned cell near Commerce, TX still looks fairly impressive. Recent scan showed a fairly pronounced inflow notch, but this has moderated with the latest scan. Cell is becoming more elongated and has been caught from the SE by a second cell, so if it is going to produce, it better do it fast.

The cell northwest of San Antonio looks to be holding together nicely... I'm surprised no ground report has come out of that one.

Yeah it certainly was looking nice and even showed a bit of a hook for a few grabs. Doesnt seem to be likely that its producing a TOR but I am very surprised we havent seen any large hail reports out of this as VIL is up there pretty good.

The storm in Coleman Co TX looks ok, perhaps a hint of a little Eastward skip in the last scan, as well as what appears to be a possible weak inflow notch, nothing real impressive but even though its currently not even svr warned its the storm I would currently choose.

EDIT: Well apparently NWS Forecasters were thinking the same, as I was typing the message they Tornado Warned the Storm.

EDIT: Also VERY strong Couplet about to pass over or very near Medina, in Bandera Co

Actually, thats TOR warned now as well....

EDIT: Ok, I see you edited your post to note this....

Bandera Co. cell appears like its trying to form another hook at the same time this thing has to be putting down baseball sized hail. This has been the best looking storm of the day in my opinion as I have been watching it from its birth in Uvalde Co.

The radar presentation on this storm moving into E Kerr Co is quite impressive, I can't imagine that they won't extend the Torn Warning, strong shear showing at all levels 50 g2g for a few scans, storm has unimpeded inflow and is working into low 70 dp air with SE to ESE winds gusting to as much as 20 kts.

With spotters reporting the tornado on the south shore of Lake Coleman I am wondering if anybody caught it as a waterspout. Thats the one thing I havent been able to ever do.

Storm seems to be losing some of its rotation now.

WOW cell west of San Angelo, TX... really making an obvious right turn.
Core of 70+ per GR2 and intensifying rapidly.

Finally... that cell has gone T-warned. It has sustained itself for quite some time now.
It's now located just west of Robert Lee, Texas.

EDIT TWO: Looks like a rather small town on the map, but I'm quite concerned there is a significant tornado occurring with this storm as it passes on the NW side of Robert Lee, TX.

What is with the shape of the watch boxes? DFW is in a little cutout w/ watches on all four sides. Must be 'cause nados never hit big cities right? ;) Seriously there doesn't seem to be any reason for this and I wonder why?

Cell Nw of Sonora, TX has really got its act together despite the back building convective junk to its Sw. Also check out the cell SE of Abilene, TX. Must be a LP im very impressed with its radar signiture right now. Its so small yet so tightly hooked.

Not sure what you are seeing - watches are west and north of DFW, nothing south or east. Watch 125 was replaced.

This was before the watch over East TX was replaced with the watch covering OK/AR.

The cell I've been most impressed with has now passed the small town of Robert Lee, TX and if it continues to sustain, it will approach Abiline within the hour.

Quite an impressive hook per reflectivity, and velocities / couplet are still solid.

Still no reports or confirmations per NWS that I've found. Anxious to see if anyone has made it on that cell.
