20:30Z: Appears the best chance of tornadoes is with the messy storms from West Texas to south Oklahoma, most likely west of I-44 with upper support from the west. These storms are on the south outflow boundary from yesterday.
Meanwhile the old synoptic boundary remains in western Kansas. SPC might have given up on it early. Much of the upper energy has past western Kansas; however, right splitting storms still have a chance. Kansas is clearly a secondary target. However if you can make Kansas, and not the south target, perhaps give it a try.
Unfortunately the OFB from this morning activity along I-40 is shut out. Believe West Texas complex is disrupting LLJ along the I-40 corridor. Instability also lacks. So, like Wednesday, today looks like two targets. Texas should be bigger, but Kansas has a shot.
