Tornado warned cell E of George West. (San Patricio/Bee County) Another cell is building to its SW, wonder if that will undercut it.
But as of now, looks good. Just got TVS in what looks like a hook developing and a strong mesomarker.

[update: didn't get to watch the radar the last hour or so but apparently this did produce a tornado according to report near George West]

For those who are chasing attm.... There is a Red River / border crossing between I35 and US 81 (near Ryan). Near the town of Courtney, you'll see Hwy 89 south. This doesn't show up at unzoomed levels of GR or DeLorme. This is about 1/2 of the between Ryan (hwy 81) and I35. Roads on the TX side of this crossing are a bit convoluted, but it could save some of us some big time... I had forgotten about this crossing until I ran into it again 5 minutes ago.

Met speaking, some decent towers developing W of my location. Unfortunately, instab axis is very small thanks to the persistent stratus that kept the area >1 county E of the drylien (at least N of the river) quite cool through the day. Nice to see some good towers, though I'm not sure the instab axis is wide enough to allow a storm to mature before running into v stable (for a sfc parcel). Wider instab axis farther south nearer Weatherford and MWL, but not much in the way of Cu dev down there.

Cloud streets developing (or persisting at least... at I didn't see them 10 mins ago) in a NW/SE orientation to my W and S. Not something I want to see when I'm not sure the low-levels are potentially unstable enough (or at least not too stable)...

Officially have a thunderstorm as we just heard thunder from this guy SW of Nocona. Going to make our way south to get a better view, but hopefully this guy holds...looks like it has split already and the storm is not really moving off the dryline and hopefully won't until it can sustain itself.

its left splitting and is beginning to show some low-level rotation, albeit weak; a chasers dream as its crawiling ala May 24

Towers breaking out all over the place now starting from the Red River all the way down to around Bowie probably. Pretty impressive how fast these are growing as I'm heading up I35 to hopefully catch around Gainesville or just west...

N Texas Chasers

FYI in case anyone doesn't have it the number to the NWS office for the Dallas/Ft Worth region is (817) 429-2631

Well...that cell is still going. It made that right turn and now it's about to tornado according to warning text. Too bad the cell is HP and there's a lot of junk around it. I guess that dryline bulge caused too much forcing.

Cell I'm about to intercept just went Tor Warned. Heading just west of Gainesville. Sun has gone down so I'm worried about rapid cooling. The next few minutes should be interesting...

well shes hooked up nice and tight, i guess my one regret is that theres a T-135 there at the shops of Gainsville thats just a going right now, I havent heard one of those since I was a kid, used to make me piss my pants everytime I heard it back in M town where I grew up...
...its definately taken a right turn as Andrew has pointed out, not sure if it will actually produce as Evan and SPC have pointed out that the PBL will rapidly cool after sunset causing the storm to become elevated...
..cant wait to see pics

Steve Miller TX streamed a tornado live on CHASER-TV.com at 7:20pm CDT...took 20 minutes for a warning to follow.

That is crazy! 20 minutes... Where was that at?
I'm not fond of night chasing so I'm pulling out of this shortly as visibility is not good. To me- the structure seems to be going away or the storm could be cycling as I type this. Either way, don't think I'm going to see anything...
