9 years ago today we had an F4 tornado hit LaPlata, MD Pretty much destroyed the town. I got there 20 minutes after the tornado had passed. Some of my images appeared in a book about Washington DC weather, Weatherwise Magazine & Storm Stories. This was the first published work I had dealing with weather.
