One more reason to remember to pack that weather radio. I just bought a Midland hand held for about $40 at Best Buy. In an RV it’s so easy and there are some FRS radios that have weather alert on them if you are in a tent or hiking. In the parks while we camp and hike we take on a larger responsibility for our own personal safety and it’s not feasible for the federal government to warn us.
