12/03/2009-12/04/2009 Winter Storm

Hey everyone, quick question, I hope its ok to ask in this thread.

A while back I found a site that detailed the different warning criteria accross the country. I have been searching for an hour now and can't find that. I was interested to see what the diffrent winter storm criterias are in the diffrent regions. What constitutes a Winter Storm Warning in Lousiana (2-3" it looks like according to the warning text?) versus one here in Indiana or elsewhere. Does anyone have it handy where I could find that at again? It almost seems like it was on a WFO page and not a national or regional one.

DTX changed their winter storm criteria to include 5 inches or more within 6 hours or less (which would actually cover most high-end advisory events, IMO). In fact, >2 inches in 6 hours is now advisory criteria.
