WSR-88D server problem?

Something major is up with the Level 3 data feed from the NWS: http://weather.noaa.gov/monitor/radar/

Anyone have any ideas of what is up? It's been down since about 9:15AM CST I think...

All the sites are still up, I'm using Wunderground and WeatherScope without issue. Might it just be the monitor?

The public FTP radar servers have had relatively big problems the past few days. I don't think I've ever noticed the server(s) being down more than an hour or two in the past, but, as has been discussed on the GRx owner forums, this seems to be a prolonged issue for some reason.

The sources that do not get the radar data from the public FTP servers (or through weather.gov), such as those that get it via LDM, aren't seeing this problem. That explains why GRx and some other applications are having problems with data, while some other applications (and most websites) aren't seeing any interruptions:

FYI...NWS SILVER SPRING IS EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH RADAR
DATA ON WEATHER.NOAA.GOV. IT HAS NOT UPDATED SINCE 27/10Z.
FTP RADAR IS ALSO AFFECTED...TOC PROGRAMMERS ARE WORKING ON
A FIX.
