Worst/most ridiculous movie depiction of tornadoes or chasing

Twister 2 with... Alan Arkin? :

"(The) recent "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD" star Paxton pitches, "You'd be great in 'Twister 2.'"

While Arkin is jealous of the fact that Paxton got to "throw cans into a twister" in the first "Twister," he is a bit skeptical of this hypothetical sequel.

"Are you going to be in it?" he asks Paxton with a laugh. "Is there a 'Twister 2'? I'm too old for 'Twister 2.'" "You're picking up where I left off!" Paxton quips in response.

There was a movie i saw on freetv some time ago. Dont remember the name of the movie. Some elder kinda always-misunderstood-type scientist claims to be able to forecast a tornado to hit a certain town several days ahead. His chasing vehicle is a motor home... Of course the evil major of that town wont believe our misunderstood scientist, and wont cancel off the city's soandsomany years anniversary. Tornadoes come out of blue sky... A real crappy movie. I zapped out of it so there may be more to it, but I had enough.

Kim, the movie you're thinking of is Tornado Warning. I'm kind of embarrassed to say I have it on DVD. But being a weather enthusiast and an avid b movie fan, it and many of the others mentioned here on my shelf. Aside from the silly looking tornadoes (that make jet engine noises) much of the dramatic tension is so over the top as to be just goofy. Apparently this really ragtag little band of scientists is such a threat with their predictions of doom, that the local police need to threaten deadly force?
