Wind-wrapped rain?

This should probably go in the 'terms we'd like to see' thread, but while driving through the core of a tornado-warned cell in Huntsville on 5/8, I heard a local AM station that had gone live (and was reading out radar, though I'm not sure they had a met in the studio) tell the broadcast audience to be aware of "wind-wrapped rain."

I think that's a first...
