Where to get plain text statements and warnings

Does anyone know if the NWS text products are listed anywhere as .txt or .htm but plain text? I know they are generated on some of the pages (example, Tulsa WFO Tornado Warnings - http://www.srh.noaa.gov/productview.php?pi...pil=OKCTORTSA+1). Where is this generated from? I know of others like CODs (http://kamala.cod.edu/svr/) and IWIN (http://iwin.nws.noaa.gov/iwin/ok/special.html, which is shutting down). I'm just trying to find the raw text file these are generated from.

How about:

For example
http://www.weather.gov/data/OUN/AFDOUN

The problem really is that the canon version of the product doesn't exist as a standardized, static file. It's inserted into a datastream and distributed that way, then other people/offices/agencies fish them out of that datastream, and there's a lot of ways of storing the result. I think the weather.gov link above is about as good as it gets, without resorting to having to know the product date/time in advance.

weather.gov/data works, as does http://www.srh.noaa.gov/data/ , which lets you choose by PIL (product type) or by specific NWSFO.
