After witnessing the continued decrease of involvement in the SpotterNetwork staff in serving SN members with troubleshooting issues recently, I have unilaterally decided to terminate the relationship between SpotterNetwork's support and Stormtrack. I have witnessed multiple users unable to receive support weeks after initiating help threads on the forum. I find this lack of response from SpotterNetwork officials disappointing and a failure to hold up their end of the agreement that was made years ago, before I took over management of this site. In my opinion, having Stormtrack users sit and wait for so long to receive help on SpotterNetwork issues on the Stormtrack forums reflects poorly not only on SpotterNetwork, but on Stormtrack and (by association) me as well. Since the issue has not been satisfactorily addressed, I no longer wish for the Stormtrack forum to be associated with SpotterNetwork.
I apologize to those who continue to have issues with the service and continue to see their issues left unaddressed. Please understand that the connection between ST and SN was put in place long before I had any say over it. But now that I am the "captain of this ship," it is within my right (nay, duty) to make adjustments as I see necessary. Ending this relationship is such an adjustment.
For those who continue to need help, I recommend navigating a web browswer to SpotterNetwork's About page, and seeking the individuals listed on that page for all further inquiries about SpotterNetwork.
From this moment forward, the SpotterNetwork sub-forum has been hidden/deleted and there will be no assurance that any SpotterNetwork issues brought up in any of Stormtrack's other sub-forums will be addressed. Do not rely on Stormtrack for help with SpotterNetwork issues.

You can't see anything until you register, and they manually approve all registrations. Just make sure you use the same name/email as you did to license your copy.

I don't have access to the email I used to register/purchase anymore. It was a school email account and since I have graduated, my account was deleted. I have tried contacting them with my new email but have not heard back.

Test version? I haven't seen that yet. Can you point me to the forum thread that links the test version? Or is it a private test version only?

Please remember that everything is on hold due to a family emergency.
As for dual pol in GR3, 1st ,the local radar has to have been updated which will take nearly 2 more years before all NWS radars are updated. Once GR3 v2 is released, you will be able to view dual pol data IF the radar has been updated. As for test or beta versions, there is not one available through the forums. Only a select few have been given that privilege.

I talked to Mike in Birmingham at NWA this year and the way I understood it was that if you currently own GR Level 3 you will be able to buy an upgrade that will allow you to view dual pol products and if do not own GR Level 3 yet, you will be purchase a brand new license that will allow you to view non dual pol radars and dual pol radars. But as it has been stated the release is being delayed because of a family emergency. So hopefully everything works out Mike and his family!
