I hate to jump on the bandwagon, but I concur with everyone else Zach. I couldn't see a wall cloud in the beginning of the video and the funnel report you made looks like rising scud being absorbed into the base. That's all.
Also, law enforcement and other spotters in that area are likely inexperienced because of the rarity of tornados in your area.
I understand there are some real type-a personalities on ST, but their flames are not unfounded. It's just inexperience and there's nothing wrong with that.
