^ This is a huge problem across the board. I am seeing it in my own company, where the consulting side is using AI more and more. The senior people can evaluate the output, but the junior people can’t. As less juniors are hired, where are tomorrow’s seniors going to come from, and how will they be able to evaluate AI output, if they never had to do the work that today’s seniors once had to do?
